If you have recently tried to access Xbox Live, you will get the following error message:
“Some Xbox LIVE content is temporarily unavailable. You can still access your profile, communicate with other players, and play games online.
The content will automatically appear when it’s available.
Status Code: 8007274c”
Although it states you can ‘play games online’ a few users have been complaining on popular Xbox forums that some games, including Modern Warfare 2, can not be accessed. The same problem doesn’t seem to apply to all from what we’ve heard so far but it’s still causing problems for some.
No proper confirmation but we assume this problem is being caused by the recent Xbox Live update which included Twitter and Facebook integration, Last.fm, Zune, and news / video channels. Read the rest of this entry »

This type of thing can happen in many situations,... Read More

I’m still on vacation, but I can’t make you wait for too much! Enjoy!
If there’s one definitive way to push publishers, developers and public relations personnel off balance, it’s broaching the subject of console exclusivity. Begin the line of inquiry and you’re sure to get darting eyes, an elongated “Wellllll …” and an answer that crumples in on itself... Read More

f you would backtrack to E3 for a little bit, you may remember seeing the Left 4 Dead 2 (Xbox 360, PC) poster from the Valve booth. Y’know, the one with the hand that looks like three of five fingers got chewed off, with the remaining fingers holding up a “two” sign? Apparently the ESRB does not take too kindly to such marketing material, so Valve had to change it to something slightly... Read More
